2. Information We Collect
We only collect information that is necessary to operate this website, respond to inquiries, and measure how the site is performing. Specifically:
Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message content you choose to share. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our infrastructure and analytics providers automatically log technical information such as your IP address, approximate geographic location, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
Cookies and similar technologies. We and our third-party analytics and advertising providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, measure site usage, and — if you arrive via a paid ad — attribute that visit. See Section 5 for details.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, payment card data, health information, precise geolocation, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to contact form submissions and follow up with you about your project.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
- Measure traffic, understand which pages are useful, and diagnose technical problems.
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant ads on platforms such as Google.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
6. Free Website Score Tool
This section covers our free website score tool at wallmansolutions.com/website-score/. It applies on top of the rest of this policy.
What we collect. When you run a scan, we collect your name, your email address, and the website address you enter. We also keep the scores and the top issues the scan finds for that site. We use your IP address to apply usage limits and to protect the tool from abuse. We turn it into a one-way salted hash right away, and we only log and store that hash, never the address itself.
Who processes it. Three outside services help run the tool:
- Google PageSpeed Insights receives the website address you submit so it can run the test. It does not receive your name or email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile receives signals from your browser, and your IP address, to check that you are not a bot.
- Amazon Web Services hosts the service and delivers the email notification that tells us about your scan.
Why we use it. We use your details to show your results and so we can follow up with you about your result. We send at most one follow-up about your result unless you ask us for help. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we never sell or share your email.
How long we keep it. Scan results are held in memory for up to 24 hours and are not written to a database. Your details reach us as a notification email, which we keep in our inbox like any other enquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Scanning terms. By using the tool, you confirm that the page you submit is public and that you are allowed to test it. If you own a site and do not want it tested, contact us and we will block your domain.
Deletion and opt-out. To have your details deleted, or to stop any follow-up, email us at natewallman@wallmansolutions.com or use the contact details in Section 1.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, typically up to three years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting configured in our Google Analytics account (currently 14 months). Server access logs are retained on a short rolling window for security and troubleshooting.
8. How We Protect Information
We host our infrastructure on Amazon Web Services and use industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated production environments. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical controls.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you.
- Request a copy of that information.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
11. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-wide standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our site does not currently respond to them. You can still use the opt-out tools described in Section 5 to limit tracking.
12. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites, including our LinkedIn profile and Google Business listing. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies before providing them with personal information.
13. International Visitors
Wallman Solutions operates from the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
