How we collect, use, and protect information on wallmansolutions.com.

Effective date: April 21, 2026

Wallman Solutions LLC (“Wallman Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit wallmansolutions.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to operate this website, respond to inquiries, and measure how the site is performing. Specifically:

Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message content you choose to share. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our infrastructure and analytics providers automatically log technical information such as your IP address, approximate geographic location, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.

Cookies and similar technologies. We and our third-party analytics and advertising providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, measure site usage, and — if you arrive via a paid ad — attribute that visit. See Section 5 for details.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, payment card data, health information, precise geolocation, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to contact form submissions and follow up with you about your project.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
  • Measure traffic, understand which pages are useful, and diagnose technical problems.
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant ads on platforms such as Google.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in limited circumstances:

Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run our infrastructure and communications. These include Amazon Web Services (hosting, email delivery via Amazon SES), Google (analytics and advertising, see below), and similar providers. These vendors only process information on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

Business transfers. If Wallman Solutions is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as pages visited, time on page, device type, and approximate location. This information is aggregated and used to improve the site.

We also use Google Ads, which may include conversion tracking and remarketing. This means:

  • If you click one of our ads and then take an action on our site (such as submitting the contact form), a cookie may be set so Google can tell us the ad produced a lead.
  • If you visit our site, we (and Google) may later show you our ads on other websites and services in the Google Display Network based on your past visit.
  • Third-party vendors, including Google, may use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to report on ad impressions and interactions with our site.

You can learn more about how Google uses data when you use partners’ sites or apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices. You can:

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, typically up to three years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting configured in our Google Analytics account (currently 14 months). Server access logs are retained on a short rolling window for security and troubleshooting.

7. How We Protect Information

We host our infrastructure on Amazon Web Services and use industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated production environments. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical controls.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you.
  • Request a copy of that information.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To make a request, email us at natewallman@wallmansolutions.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-wide standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our site does not currently respond to them. You can still use the opt-out tools described in Section 5 to limit tracking.

12. International Visitors

Wallman Solutions operates from the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
